What was the highlight of Savoy Hotel Kimberley
A need for improvement.
1. The staff is friendly. 2. The room was clean. 3. The food is well prepared.
1. The 3 nights I spent, the bed sheet was not changed. 2. The shower head and table top were loose. 3. The TV has 3 channels. No sports. 4. The breakfast menu has not changed since the last time I was there in 2017. 5. There's no security at the door. When I came back late, I had to leave the car outside and go inside to ask that they open the gate. Then take the car around. Anything can happen, especially in an area that has clubs.

Good
I really like the interior decor of the place, very vintage and classic, a different feel to what I usually go for. I normally book model and safari style hotels or lodges. The place definitely exceeded my expectations.
They could install new shower heads. The shower expelled water in an uncomfortable way

Very Good
The staff were very helpful and friendly, and also their service. I also like the fact that it was quite we were able to rest.
There was no enough water ,it was cold and the bedding were not changed.

Good
was in very nice location and friendly staff
the water we couldn't bath as the water was very very brown and not clean and our room was next to the main road that made it very very noisy and struggled to sleep and the TV that only had 2 channels and was not showing clear and very weak wifi
